Refund Details

Once we receive your returned flask and confirm that it's unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, we'll process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you haven't received your refund after that time, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Exclusions and Fees

Please note that certain items, such as add-on items priced under $15, are exempt from being returned. Additionally, there is a $7 shipping fee and a $3 restocking fee per flask returned. This means that if you return two flasks, you'll be charged a total of $20. This fee is non-refundable.
