Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your flask you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order. The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in the same condition it was received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post. If you still haven’t received your refund after that time please contact us at info@ragproper.com.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as add on items less than $15.
To begin your return please email us at info@ragproper.com and we will walk you through the process. Please be aware that there is a $7 shipping fee and a $3 restocking fee per unit. That means that if you are returning two flasks, you will be charged $20. This fee is non-refundable.
Warranty
Our flasks are warrantied for manufacturing issues for 180 days from the date of purchase. If 180 days have gone by and you experience an issue with your flask, please contact us. We stand behind our product and while we can’t offer you a refund past 180 days, we will do what we can to help.
Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your flask you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your order. The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in the same condition it was received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we will not be able to make an exchange.
To begin your exchange please email us at info@ragproper.com and we will walk you through the process. You will not be charged a shipping or restocking fee if you choose to make an exchange.
